A Chinese carved Qingbai 'Boys' bowl, Southern Song (1127-1279) the bowl thinly potted with slightly rounded conical sides and carved on the interior with three almost hidden figures of boys tumbling amidst large lotus blossoms, and covered overall with a glossy, translucent glaze of pale-blue colour except for an unglazed circle on the base., 7.5 cm diameter.
