A rare and fine Chinese flambe-glazed Lingzhi-Form brush washer, Qing Dynasty, 18th century with moulded scrolling rim, decorated in a streaked red, cream and lavender glaze., 22 cm wide. Provenance: The Estate of the late Alan Myren (1934-2022). Mr. Myren was a Museum assistant in the Indian section in Victoria and Albert Museum in London from 1954-64 and on his return to Australia, he established a highly respected antiques dealership known essentially for Oriental Antiques.
