A silver gilt mounted Meissen porcelain tankard, circa 1720, cylindrical painted in colours with three Chinese figures, a beast and sprays of flowers and foliage including peonies and chrysanthemums, red enamel crossed swords mark, the richly gadrooned cover centred with an Augustus King of Saxony florin.
