Venini: a Fazzoletto Murano glass vase, of 'handkerchief' form, with bands of latticino decoration, acid etched mark to base. Height 27 cm, other notes: originally designed in 1948 by Paolo Venini (1895-1959 ) to imitate a floating handkerchief, the classic design has never waned in popularity and is represented in the design collection of MoMA, New York.
