A circa 1800 French Empire black and white marble and ormolu portico clock the circular ormolu cased movement with white enamel dial and Roman numerals suspended between the two tapered white marble columns on square section black marble stands, further ormolu adornments, eagle pediment to the case, the movement with silk suspension, striking to the hour and half hour upon a bell, the rectangular white marble stand with adjustable ormolu feet, circa 1800.
