Two Oriental cloisonne items, comprising a Japanese cloisonne oil lamp (Meiji period 1868-1912), the bulbous body decorated with alternating panels of butterflies and phoenixes on polychrome and speckled ground, between lappet and floral borders, on a gilt metal pierced rococo base with brass mounts and chimney; and a later Chinese cloisonne circular box with domed cover, decorated with peony and lotus on turquoise ground.
