A French bronze ormolu mantel clock by Bailly, antony Bailly, successor Weibel (Lyon), late 19th century., the enamel dial with blue Roman numerals signed 'Bailly suc[cessor] de Weibel a Lyon' with foliate pierced hands, rack bell striking anchor movement with conforming signature to back plate, gilt bronze break arch case with lion mask ring handles, surmounted by a lidded urn, concave sides in foliate relief with quatrefoil brocade pierced motif, atop a neoclassical style plinth, with key & pendulum. Height 51 cm, width 32 cm, depth 16 cm
