Steiff Jointed elephant. Pab elephant, 35PB, blank button to ear, c.1904. This is one of the first jointed toys to be produced by Steiff and is exceedingly rare, short pile grey raw plush, fully jointed, black boot button eyes, felt tusks, black claw stitching. Areas are balding and holed, tail loose at base, but otherwise good. Length 40 cm
