First drawn by Hodges at Tataranui (Queen Charlotte sound) during Captain James Cook's first visit to the sound during on his second voyage June 1773. The image of the man is a portrait of Rangituanui, a chief of ngati Hikatoa. Framed behind glass. Frame 36.3 x 46.2 cm, print 16.5 x 11.2 cm
