Victorian naval medals pair: Egypt medal with Suakin campaign bar and Khedive star 1884-6, along with miniatures of the same, to Rev W. Sedgwick, B.A. Chapn R.N. Hallmarked sterling sphinx. William Walmsley Sedgwick (1858-1948). Born in the UK served as Navy Chaplain 1884-86, followed by incumbencies in the UK, South Africa and New Zealand where his final position was the Anglican Bishop of the Diocese of Waiapu.
