A good large Pre-European toki (dark argillite), tapering quadrangular shape with well defined unblemished lateral edges and bevel with sharp blade. Unusual concentric grooves to the top of the poll. Polished all over finish. Provenance: Dame Jenny Gibbs collection. 28 cm length.
