A pair of Victorian sterling silver sauce boats and George IV ladles, 1836 London, with maker's mark for John Welby. 1822 Edinburgh, with maker's mark for Alexander Cameron, the pair of sauce boats of generous proportion, each with a broad low body and a wide pouring spout, a flying scroll and leaf embellished handle, and raised on leaf decorated scrolled feet, together with a pair of Scottish George IV sauce ladles, in fiddle pattern with engraved monogram.
