A very fine Regency rosewood tilt-top centre table, circa 1835, the circular top with crossbanded satinwood border adorned with ebonised inlaid stringing to either side, above a small recessed apron, with original tilt-top mechanism to the underside, raised on a tapering octagonal centre column resting on a tripartite base with concave sides, the edges decorated with a line of marquetry stringing, all raised on three inverted scroll carved feet with original composition castors, height 73 cm, diameter 122 cm
