A large Chinese polychrome and gilt hexagonal vase on stand, bearing Daoguang mark 20th century, the carinate shaped vase with a slightly flaring trumpet neck and a short waisted foot, each facet decorated with birds on flowering prunus trees surrounded by scrolling & flowering vines, in gilt overlay cartouches, the neck with leaf lappets, shou medallions, applied dragon handles and ruyi fungus border, bearing gilded Daoguang seal mark to base, on a wooden carved rotating stand, w case, height 45.5 cm
