Peter Stichbury stoneware lidded casserole, pale blue poured and brushed glaze over tenmoku, strap handles to the lid and sides. Impressed mark, diameter 26 cm. Provenance: From the collection of one of the potter's nephews. He attended many of the open days where Peter invited the family, friends and public to view and purchase his latest offering of pots.
