Early bulbous headed club, Victoria. Carved and engraved hardwood. The curving shaft of circular section terminating in bulbous head at the distal end, with conical section at the proximal end encircled with engraved ridges and incised designs for gripping, old glossy patina. Approx length 62 x 7 cm. Provenance: Ruth Pearce, Murrayville. Private Collection, South Australia.
