An antique oak cased optometrist's lens set, 19th century, comprising a full set of trial lenses and a pair of examination glasses, the case interior with handwritten labels to the ivory compartments; mark of 'Boettgers' Adelaide to box of components, the case 15 cm high, 54 cm wide,. Other Notes: Otto Boettger (1842-1907) was a renowned Adelaide optician and instrument-maker.
