Large Japanese Meiji period Imari bowl, with serpentine shaped edge above deep sides, decorated with central vase and flowers to the interior, surrounded by panels of flowering trees and foliage, in rich tones of orange, cobalt blue and iron red, height 15 cm and diameter 34.5 cm. Provenance: The Estate of the late Fernande Glynn, a well known Australian actress that appeared in classic Australian TV dramas Homicide, hunter and Riptide.
