Large and impressive Chinese coral carving, 20th century, of natural organic form following coral branch curvature, finely carved with two immortals amongst bamboo and pine tree foliage, set below two young children holding a banner with character inscription and depiction of a deity, in tones of orange with minor yellow inclusions, a/f (some past repairs and evidence of glue in minor areas), height 46 cm, set above a fitted wooden octagonal base with upright support and all over brass wire inlaid key fret and scroll designs
