A Chinese pair of Qianjiang Cai vases signed Ma Qingyun, Republic period (1912-1949), decorated in mirror image with Li Tieguai and Dongfang Shuo with attendant boys making tea. Calligraphic inscription to the top including signature of Ma Qingyun, and a six character studio mark in iron red to the base reading 'Ma Qingyun hua ya xi'.
