A 19th century Cantonese famille rose vase c1880s, the porcelain vase of elongated baluster form with a waisted neck and foliated rim, the neck applied with gilded handles modelled as a recumbent lions, with four dragons applied to the shoulder, the body decorated in overglaze enamel famille rose palette with birds butterflies amongst blooming sprays of peony, lotus and daisies, the neck similarly decorated.
