Bulgari blue topaz, peridot and diamond 'Elisia' necklace, circa 2006, terminating on a pair of openwork elliptical plaques embellished with brilliant-cut diamonds between a claw-set cabochon blue topaz and peridot respectively, supported from a line of openwork links decorated at intervals with spherical blue topaz and peridot beads, the diamonds together weighing approximately 2.00 carats, mounted in 18ct white gold, inner circumference 450 mm.
