Rene Lalique, Violettes (Violets), Clear glass, inner layer of phosphate opal glass, powdered. Narrow base with flared rim. Raised leaf motif around rim with stalks going vertically down vase, fading at base. R. Lalique France hand-etched to base. Model created in 1921, removed from catalogue in 1937, not continued after 1947. Height 16 cm, diameter 17.5 cm
