A fold over mahogany games table in the French taste, 19th century, rectangular with red baize interior, having a dentil skirt with paterae embellishments, fluted legs and curved brass strung stretchers to a black marble urn finial, decorated throughout with cast neoclassical floral and pendant forms, 77 cm high, 91 cm wide, 47.5 cm deep. Maker's stamp of 'W. Walker & Sons, Bunhill Row, E.C' (London). Provenance: Purchased from L. J. Cook & Co., October 1999
