An old Chinese shui-mo watercolour triptych, depicting restrained brushed images of two birds perched upon branches and a scholarly gent. Painted calligraphy and printed red seal marks. Each scroll 183 x 30 cm mounted on silk damask brocade with ivory end pieces. The scrolls are presented in a pair of quality wooden fitted nesting boxes with deer leather and cotton tying cords.
