A Victorian 'Falkirk' cast iron hall stand, Arts & Crafts design in the manner of Christopher Dresser, the main ecclesiastical arch incorporating various scroll, lily and repeating decoration, with original removeable drip tray to the base. Cast maker's, registration diamond and other marks to the back, height 170 cm. Note: Through the 19th century Falkirk was recognised as one of the top UK foundries.
