A Worcester chestnut basket, a cover and a stand, circa 1770, of lobed oval shape, moulded with flower heads picked out in pink and yellow, the cover and stand pierced with flower heads, having branch handles applied with flower sprays, fully coloured, the rims gilt, the centre of the stand painted with cartouches of flower sprays on a blue scale ground, small sprigs around the rim, square mark to stand and interior of cover numbered 'XI. ', width of stand 26 cm
