Thai gilded bronze Buddha, 19th century, seated in sattvasana on a lotus base placed on a three tier pedestal, his right hand in bhumisparshamudra, the left resting on his lap, wearing a samghati and jewels, the hair worked with tight curls pulled up around the ushnisha topped with a flame, height 45.5 cm.
