A brass barrelled flintlock blunderbuss signed 'Brummitt' c.1,800-1820 with three-stage belled barrel fitted with a spring bayonet, border engraved iron tang incorporating the bayonet release catch, engraved flat bevelled bolted lock signed 'Brummitt', and with stepped tail, semi-rainproof pan and roller, walnut stock, engraved brass mounts including trigger-guard with acorn finial, and brass-tipped ramrod, Birmingham proof marks.
