Ornate French desk clock late 19th century, Japy Freres movement (hallmark on movement) with the gilt brass case by Brunfaut. Having procaine painted dial with base and side panels depicting foliage and cherubs. With acanthus decorative motif and inverted bulbous shaped painted porcelain finial, possibly depicting Marie Antonette. With a gilt wooden base. Height: 38 cm.
