Fine early incised spear thrower (woomera), Western Australia. Carved and engraved hardwood and spinifex resin. Of leaf like form, the front with finely adzed zig-zag and linear designs, the reverse with fine adze marking, wooden peg attached, bush repair with sinew, old glossy patina, length 81 x 11.5 cm.
