A Jian 'Hare's Fur' tea bowl, Southern Song (1127-1279) or later covered with a lustrous black glaze streaked with 'Hare's fur' markings on the interior and exterior, a carved 'Wen' mark to the base of the tea bowl. Together with a Japanese green lacquer stand. With a Japanese wood box, bowl: 13 cm diameter. Provenance: a private collection, Melbourne, Australia.
