An impressive yellow sapphire and diamond cocktail ring, the oval modified brilliant-cut step-cut Sri Lankan yellow sapphire weighing 39.96 carats, is claw-set between a pair of trilliant-cut diamonds, the gallery and shoulders pave-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, the diamonds together weighing approximately 2.00 carats, mounted in 18ct bicolour gold, size M. Accompanied by a GIA report numbered 2221168288, dated 6 December 2021, stating that the 39.96 carat yellow sapphire is natural, with no indications of heating, of Sri Lanka origin.
