Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) the tall and finely modelled figure with a serene expression, standing barefoot on a wave-form base with pearls, dressed in flowing robes revealing a beaded lotus pendant, her hands emerging from the voluminous sleeves, the right holding the scroll of wisdom, stamped to the reverse.
