An impressive Continental walnut map table, circa 1780, of circular form raised on columnar supports and a conforming concave solid stretcher base, 85 cm high, 195 cm diameter. Provenance: Francesco Piva Antiquariato, Milan. Other Notes: this table formed part of the set for the interior scenes of the Villa Albergoni in Lombardy, on the film set of 'Call Me by your Name' directed by Luca Guadagnino, screen play by James ivory, based on the book by Andre Aciman.
