Two pieces of Grace Seccombe kookaburra ceramics for Taronga Zoo, one trough vase in the form of a hollow log, the other a wall pocket, both incised 'Taronga Zoo' and glazed green and brown, length of trough 23 cm. Other Notes: Seccombe's work was also available at the Taronga Zoo gift shop. After World War II, it was essential for overseas visitors to return home with a Grace Seccombe figurine, condition: hairline crack to one end, please note condition reports can be amended during the pre-sale period, so we strongly suggest any interested bidders check the published condition report available on the website before the auction commences.
