A polished piece of kauri gum, light yellow in colour and polished with medium translucent qualities. Very little gum remained unburied after falling to the ground thousands of years ago. Buried gum was darkened over time, and the lighter colours are now extremely rare. Height 3 cm, width 9.5 cm, depth 5 cm, 60 grams
