Black leather travelling writing case, complete with key, two stamp compartments, includes pen nib holder (ivory') handle, box of Esterbrook & Cos relief pens (nibs) envelopes and writing paper pockets plus loose blotter. Manufacturer Hardy Brothers Sydney, their shop in Sydney opened in 1855, expanding to Brisbane and Melbourne. In 1929 they received the Royal Warrant and is the only Australian jewellery business to hold a Royal Warrant. Well used and loved and a very collectable item. 22.5 x 17.5 x 5 cm
