1933 Birmingham sterling silver hallmarked cigarette case, in the form of an envelope, the front bearing a finely enamelled 6c Malay Federated States postmarked postage stamp, with engraved New Zealand address. Manufacturer's marking S. Bros Ltd. Gilt interior with spring cigarettes retainer. Fine and very rare. Provenance: Harriet Sommerville April 1996.
