A French Ormulu mantel clock, 19th century, a French ormolu sculptural mantel clock, the silvered circular dial with Roman numerals set within architectural rockwork surmounted by a contemporary gentleman reaching for a bird's nest on a branch, the rectangular plinth with rosette, floral frieze and leaf cast borders spreading into legs; the eight day bell striking mechanism unmarked, the dial engraved 'Robert St Denis', missing front glass and back plate, with key and pendulum, height 34.5 cm, width 24 cm depth 9.5 cm
