Fred Money, historical 1938 Goldsmiths', Silversmiths & Jewellers' Art Council apprenticeship piece., The silver octagonal hinged lidded box with cedar lining, fine step ridged borders, raised conforming panelled lid. Hallmarked London 1938 by 'GSAC' Height 8.8 cm, diameter 8 cm. With associated certificate from the Council awarding him '2nd Prize in Small Work Apprentice Section' signed and dated 1938. 305gm. Height 9 cm. Provenance: From the Fred Money, estate family collection.
