A Quintessential Victorian pendant holding a central position this high dome cabochon cut garnet with a deep bright port wine colour and having a star motif which is diamond set. The pendant, in 18ct has a twisted wire boarder and having an outer border of speres finished in a fine gold gild. There is an articulated highly decretive chain runner which is affixed to a 9ct rope link 44.5 cm long chain also in a fine gold glit finish. Weight: 27.3 grams.
