A vintage handmade platinum ring, featuring a cushion cut aquamarine of estimated weight 5.42 carats, claw set in a raised 8 pillar wire-back setting and surrounded by nine small round brilliant cut diamonds of estimatedtotal weight 0.27 carats and three marquise diamonds of estimatedtotalweight 0.38 carats, all claw set in raised settings.
