A pair of hinged back clip-on earrings by Eric Bertrand. Consisting of two round cabochon cut emeralds of reported total weight 0.90 carats and six claw set round brilliant cut diamonds of reported total weight 0.40 carats, in a pear shaped bead detailed design. 18ct gold. Total weight 8.92 grams. Gemmologist's report. Eric Bertrand. After a career initiated amongst the greatest names of Haute Joaillerie, Eric Bertrand founded the firm that bears his name in 1977. A member of an old genevois family, Bertrand decided to install his boutique at 110 rue du Rhone in Geneva. He is well-known for his elephant jewels. Through numerous international exhibitions, he has also gained a reputation abroad.
