Consisting of one elephant pendant adorned with two small round ruby eyes and one pear shape cabochon ruby of reported total weight 2.0 carats, two round cabochon emeralds of reported total weight 0.50 carats, and twenty round brilliant cut diamonds of reported total weight 0.70 carats, suspended from a double 4.2 mm wide curb link chain. 18ct gold. After a career initiated amongst the greatest names of Haute Joaillerie, Eric Bertrand founded the firm that bears his name in 1977. A member of an old genevois family, Bertrand decided to install his boutique at 110 rue du Rhone in Geneva. He is well-known for his elephant jewels. Through numerous international exhibitions, he has also gained a reputation abroad.
