A set of 'Four Seasons' carved wood panels in hardwood frames, Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) or Republic period (1912-1949), 19th/Early 20th century, the panels of pierced relief wood each depicting a different flower (chrysanthemum, month rose, pomegranate and mallow) representing four seasons, against a green cloth ground, each fitted in a fine hardwood frame and glazed, each 120 cm high, 30 cm wide.
