A collection of Japanese smoking implements, Meiji period (1868-1912), 19th century, the first a Senryu-zutsu (single section) pipe case of carved wood with a pipe carved to imitate bamboo and burlwood tonkotsu, the second a simple carved wooden pipe case and burlwood pouch, the third a large polished burlwood tonkotsu with accompanying wooden toggle, the largest 24 cm long.
