A Viennese ormolu mantel clock, attributed to Anton Rettich, first quarter 19th century, with an anchor escapement, Viennese grande sonnerie on bells, repeater, and turn off for strike. The circular enamelled dial with Arabic letters, surmounted by a gilded bust, supported by gilded dolphins, above a stepped base with gilded relief panels applied to the front and sides, raised upon four gilded ball and claw feet. 36 cm high, 17 cm wide, 10 cm deep.
