An English bracket clock, 18th century, the double fusee, verge escapement, silent strike, lever on dial, housed in an ebonised case with a brass bow finial, above an inverted bell top and moulded cornice. The arched brass dial with chapter ring and subsidiary calendar, Roman and Arabic numerals, decorated with gilded 'C' scrolls, standing on bracket feet. 53 cm high, 31 cm wide.
