The West Indies team in Australia 1960-61': large team photograph (37 x 25 cm) including star players Frank Worrell (Capt.), Gary Sobers, Conrad Hunte, Rohan Kanhai, Seymour nurse, Wes hall and Lance Gibbs, framed & glazed, overall 57 x 47 cm. Ex 'The cricketers Bar', Windsor Hotel, Melbourne. This was the team that competed in the famous tied first test of 1960-61 series and endeared themselves to the Australian public by making a huge contribution to an exciting seesaw series they might easily have won themselves, but were eventually defeated 2-1.
